The Violette et Rose mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Violette et Rose ("Violette et Rose", "we", "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By accepting Violette et Rose's SMS text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of Violette et Rose through your wireless service provider to the mobile phone number you provided, even if your mobile phone number is registered on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make purchases, and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing from Violette et Rose. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the service, but you are required to enroll in this program.
