Terms of Sales
Article No. 1: Purpose
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Violette & Rose and its customer in the context of the sale of the following goods: hair accessories, household linen and personalization.
Any service provided by the company Violette & Rose therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article No. 2: Price
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is placed. They are quoted in euros and calculated excluding taxes.
Violette & Rose reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order was placed.
Article No. 3: Promo code & Discount
You can get a 10% discount on your first order with the code: SHOP10.
Article No. 4: Payment terms
Payment for orders is made using the following payment methods:
- Paypal
- Apple Pay
- Bank card
- Shop Pay
- Cash possible when collecting an order in person
Article No. 5: Delivery
Delivery is made by the following means:
- Tracked Letter (free from €25 of purchases)
- Colissimo (free for purchases of €50 or more)
- Mondial Relay (free for purchases of €50 or more)
- Click & Collect (no preparation fees)
The delivery time indicated when the order is placed is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.
In the event of goods being missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations upon receipt of said goods by email to the following address: hello@violetteetrose.fr
Article No. 6: Returns & Refunds
At Violette & Rose, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, in accordance with current legislation. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the return has been received and validated, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
