Return policy

If your order is not suitable or you have changed your mind, you can return your product to us.

The returns are at the buyer's expense . You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your package.

1. Return of goods

The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to return your order. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the item before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

2. Return costs

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days. Only personalized items cannot be returned, and you cannot cancel before receiving the goods once the order has been placed.

4. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

5. Notification of withdrawal

6. Compliance with the withdrawal period

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you simply need to send your declaration concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

7. Effect of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

8. Right of retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

9. Compensation in case of depreciation of the goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
